Quality USA Pools, a leading pool construction and remodeling firm located in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking skilled and unskilled laborers to join our winning team. Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required. As a laborer, you will perform tasks such as physical labor in constructing, installing, and servicing residential swimming pools.

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Prior building trade experience is a plus
  • Must be able to travel for work
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 80-100 pounds
  • High school education or equivalency


  • Assisting with the construction, installation, and servicing of residential swimming pools
  • Operating hand and power tools as needed
  • Following instructions from supervisors and working effectively in a team
  • Traveling to different job sites as required
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
